SEA Vision and Marchesini Group have recently launched a brand-new solution on the market for primary pack serialization and aggregation, including a complete range of technologies to print, inspect and pack serialized blisters and perform aggregation with cartons, all integrated in a 4.0 environment.

Smart Line Clearance, more efficient and safer than ever before
SEA Vision will bring on show its solution for Automated Line Clearance installed on a CODY machine designed by Marchesini Group.
The solution for Automated Line Clearance is an extraordinary tool that is part of the 4.0 software suite yudoo. Powered by AI algorithms, this technology is capable to perform an automatic and accurate inspection of the packaging lines working areas, by means of cameras and sensors. The result is that clearing and cleaning phases are digitalized, and at the same time the checking phase is automated to detect in real-time any anomalies for each critical area.
Increased efficiency of the traditional manual and paper-based line clearance procedures, reduction of changeover downtimes and improved processes quality.
Print quality verification: a kit that comes out of the box
ChecKITprint is a hardware and software kit designed to control the print quality on aluminum foil. It can be installed on blister machine or on dedicated offline station for aluminum reel printing. The use of a contact image sensor allow precise and fast control on wide format.
On the show it will be possible for customers to see the kit installed on a demo workstation, to understand how it works and to learn more about all the possibilities of customization.
