Pavia, June 06, 2022 – In June, SEA Vision Group will attend two important tradeshows in Latin America: FCE Pharma(7-9 June, São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, São Paulo) and Expo Pack (14-17 June, Expo Santa Fe México, Ciudad de México). The Italian software house will show the latest products development about Track and Trace,Vision systems software and the 4.0 software Suite yudoo.
4.0 pharma software Suite
At stands G045 (FCE Pharma) and 2826 (Expo Pack) SEA Vision Group will display the newest contents about all the range of vision inspection applications designed for the inspection of products and their packaging, starting from the control of codes and characters, up to presence, shape, colors, and many other. This is the historical core business of SEA Vision Group, where the company has over 25 years of experience.
On the booths will be present a specific area dedicated to the 4.0 solution yudoo, a scalable and modular suite, including tools for automation (centralized management of production, workflows, and timesheet), for the digital quality (creation of paperless systems, support systems for line clearance operations), for data analysis (analysis of production data, business intelligence dashboard, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance) and for Track and Trace (complete solutions for Level 3 and 4 of serialization, monitoring of serialization operations).
The advantages offered by this suite are many and include the possibility to centralize production formats and data and reduce working time. The suite can connect to existing company systems such as ERP or MES to retrieve updated data exactly from where they are.
Track and Trace systems
SEA Vision BRASIL and SEA Vision MEXICO, the Latin American branches of SEA Vision Group, will show in FCE Pharma and Expo Pack Lixis PEM technologies for cartons serialization with compact module for Track and Trace applications and Lixis PVS-M for cartons aggregation with module for end-of-lines Track and Trace control.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover more about all the serialization and aggregation systems developed by SEA Vision Group. The solutions manage all the levels defined by the ANSI / ISA 95 standard: from level 0-1 (devices and systems installed on the production line machines) to the level 4 corporate, up to notification to level 5 of the National Regulatory Authorities.
Vision inspection technologies
At FCE Pharma, SEA Vision BRASIL will show the following vision inspection technologies:
– Lixis SVC/HVS: Vision inspection for products in blisters and Blisters Alu Foil Barcode inspection;
– Lixis PVS: OCR/OCV, Codes and Integral packaging control (pack integrity, label position, bottles cap control, liquid level control, customized controls);
– Lixis MH: Pinhole detector for Alu-Alu blisters;
– Harlequin: Vision inspection for products in blisters;
– Inspection of variable data/Serialization on Marchesini Group Neri labeller BLA 309 with OCV.
At Expo Pack, together with Lixis PVS and Harlequin technologies, SEA Vision MEXICO will show Lixis SVC, Vision inspection for products in blisters and Blisters Alu Foil.
