From 18th to 19th May 2022, at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles – Hall 7.2 – Booth A38 the company will show the latest products development about Track and Trace, Vision systems software and workstation, and the 4.0 software Suite yudoo.
On show, in a demo station we will show a very wide range of controls – simultaneously performed on glass vials, syringes, carpules and others – to grant the highest quality inspection procedures and a defects-free production.

ChecKIT360 and ChecKITassembly: a set of vision controls on vials and syringes
They are two hardware and software kits to be installed on several models of machines for vials filling and capping, syringes filling and stoppering, syringes assembling machines. Through advanced algorithms, the software can check for defective products, and communicate them to the machines for rejection. On the demo station, it will be possible to see from real how the software works to inspect for example:
- vials crimping defects
- flip-off presence and colors
- stopper presence and position
- cap presence and position
- correct syringe assembly
- syringe label presence
Moreover, the group will show the newest contents about all the range of vision inspection applications designed for the inspection of products and their packaging, starting from the control of codes and characters, up to presence, shape, colors, and many other. 4.0 pharma software Suite, Serialization and aggregation solutions.
On the booth will be present a specific area dedicated to the 4.0 solution yudoo: customers will have the opportunity to participate to live demos of the 4.0 pharma software Suite, presented Live in streaming from the showroom of the SEA Vision Headquarter in Pavia.
Yudoo is a scalable and modular suite, including tools for automation (centralized management of production, workflows, and timesheet), for the digital quality (creation of paperless systems, support systems for line clearance operations), for data analysis (analysis of production data, business intelligence dashboard, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance) and for Track and Trace (complete solutions for Level 3 and 4 of serialization, monitoring of serialization operations).
The advantages offered by this suite are many and include the possibility to centralize production formats and data and reduce working time. The suite can connect to existing company systems such as ERP or MES to retrieve updated data exactly from where they are
Moreover, on show, visitors will have the opportunity to discover more about the serialization and aggregation systems. The solutions manage all the levels defined by the ANSI / ISA 95 standard: from level 0-1 devices and systems installed on the production line machines, to the level 4 corporate, up to notification to level 5 of the National Regulatory Authorities.
