Primary pack serialization and aggregation
We will show the latest developments of our serialization and aggregation systems, that today are applicable to the primary packaging. The new blister Track & Trace technology is a brand new solution designed to serialize the blister primary packaging and perform aggregation with cartons. A strategic innovation to improve products safety along its distribution, especially when drugs are dispensed in single doses.
Print and control aluminum foils at a later stage
The Vision inspection solutions portfolio today includes an improved solution for the control of the print quality on aluminum foil. ChecKITprint is a hardware and software kit that can be installed on a blister machine or on a dedicated offline station and allows:
- Aluminum reels printing and inspection also at high speed up to 75 m/min
- Homogeneously inspect web up to 367mm with high resolution (600dpi)
- Wide range of materials supported
With AI, the Line Clearance is smarter
On the booth, our product experts will explain the brand new Smart Line Clearance technology already launched as world premiere at Achema show. Managed by software with AI algorithms, the solution automates the line clearance procedures of the packaging lines, using cameras and sensors. The results of digitalized standard operating procedures? Improved operational efficiency, safety, and reduction of changeover times.
