One of the highlights is A-eye Lipstick, our AI-powered vision system for lipstick quality control, which has already won the prestigious Cosmopack Asia Awards 2023. Over the past year, we have rigorously tested this solution in real production environments in collaboration with Intercos, providing us with valuable feedback to enhance its features. The system is now compact, more easily integrated into existing production lines, prioritizes ease of use, enabling quick changeovers and effortless new format creation.
A-eye Lipstick introduces a customizable quality threshold for different types of defects -including halos, burrs, scratches, holes, lettering imperfections, or logo defects – depending on the production quality standard requirements. This creates a precise Electronic Panoplie of the product, ensuring the highest quality standards.
