Harleblister is the colour vision system for quality inspection, designed to check solid dose products during the packaging process on blister thermoformers.
The system performs different controls on the pharmaceutical products, with the aim to grant the best quality of each blister produced on the machine.
Zero-defect production
Optimal controls over any product and material
Perfect machine integration
Real-time inspection results and rejection management
Wizard for working format creation
With powerful proprietary algorithms designed to evolve over time, Harleblister is still today the world-class vision system for blister quality inspection, applicable to thermoforming and blister machines.
Product presence, shape, colour, dimensions, mix-up, package integrity and defectivity controls: these are just few examples of the many controls that Harleblister can do.
100% of products passing under cameras are controlled: to pass the inspection, each blister must match a complete set of acceptance criteria, fully configurable.
Changing the working format is easy: the system include a wizard function that offers an easy way to display complex configuration options, this means that it guides the operator along the phases of format creation, without the need of software programming skills.
The vision system can perform other controls too, such as codes and variable data printed on the product’s lidding foil and PQV on printed artwork. Harleblister controls different products inside the same blister and much more.
The HMI display shows in real-time the results of every product checked, and while 100% of products units are inspected. The vision system manages the rejection of each non-compliant item.
The optimized touch screen display allow an intuitive and straightforward use. In order to grant perfect control for each specific application, material, or machine configuration, harleblister is equipped with an optimal combination of optics and LED light units.
SEA Vision is a pioneer in the development of machine vision systems for blister control. Our expertise in integration is built on decades of experience working alongside machine manufacturers to satisfy the needs of pharmaceutical customers worldwide. Since 1995, over 1700 vision systems have been installed in more than 70 worldwide countries, on blistering machines produced by several manufacturers.
Such experience guarantees efficient machine integration, accurate signal exchange management, and integrated automation and rejection logic.
Harleblister can be integrated on different machines, from entirely automated or semi-automated to modules with a low automation level.
The graphical oscilloscope allows the observation of signal patterns and keeps them under control, facilitating the diagnostical operation.
The entire process is handled efficiently, from the control execution to the rejection of defective products.
Harleblister is natively integrated with Yudoo, the 4.0 pharmaceutical software suite for the full management of automation processes, digital quality, data analysis and for Track&Trace. A digital hub that is everywhere accessible through a secure-access web interface or dedicated devices.
A scalable and modular suite, including tools for automation (centralized management of production, workflows and timesheet), for the digital quality (creation of paperless systems, support systems for line clearance operations), for data analysis (analysis of production data, business intelligence dashboard, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance) and for Track and Trace (complete solutions for Level 3 and 4 of serialization, monitoring of serialization operations).
Yudoo offers multiple advantages such as the possibility to centralize production formats and data, avoiding duplicates and reducing work time. The suite can connect to existing company systems to retrieve updated data exactly from where they are.
SEA Vision provides an extensive product portfolio of natively integrated solutions. Vision, traceability and data management solutions for pharmaceutical packaging lines are developed with a common approach to obtain a seamless ecosystem.
