Yutrace is the SEA Vision pharmaceutical serialization solution solution for the production site, capable of performing the provisioning of serials from Level 4 to line systems and performing configuration, reworking and reporting operations.
The serialization configuration for the production lines is made defining the master data parameters, the threshold, the serialization and the aggregation rules. All parameters can either be entered manually or automatically from other company systems (ERP, MES) using dedicated software modules for the connection with yutrace.
The reports of serialization operations are complete and customizable. They include events related to commissioned and decommissioned serials, the aggregations, the disaggregation, and shipments events.
Yutrace includes software functions for reworking and shipment operations in the warehouse. Yutrace can be provided either with physical solution (reworkstation) or mobile solutions (reworkapp and pickapp) to perform these functions.
The information within the existing management systems (Database, IT systems, ERP management systems, MES, Third-party L4 platforms and others) can be transferred through dedicated modules in Yutrace. This architecture – specifically designed to adapt to the pharmaceutical industry’s logic, processes, and IT environments – makes the existing serialization environment evolve into a source of 4.0 data intelligence.
Yutrace is compatible with the solution for track and trace serialization monitoring system designed by SEA vision, the ultimate solution to gather the whole amount of serialization data produced into smart dashboards. A tool – powered by Business Intelligence algorithms – that provides automatically the most current information available, to be always updated in real-time.
The internal product serialization software is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, and it is compliant with the industry regulations, with user access regulated by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11. All events are registered by the software in an Audit Trail file to keep track of all the security-relevant activities.
