Trackpca is the compact and flexible workstation integrating a powerful and multifunction vision system to manage serialization and multi-level aggregation at one time.
The station manages the print and checks of variable data and codes to serialize cartons; the presence of an incorporated label printer allows to perform parent-child aggregation up to pallet level, handling partial cases and pallets too.
Rapid changeover is granted: few special settings are conceived for a quick adjustment of the lateral guides and camera position. Thus the change impact is minimized, to allow printing cartons or to use cases of different formats.
The user-friendly HMI displays inspection results in real-time and carries out the necessary work instructions to support operators.
The software safety system automatically stops the workstation in case of Print defects or poor ANSI Grading quality, enabling smooth ejecting procedures.
The packing station provides a cost-effective and space-saving solution to serialize cartons and to perform multi-level aggregation cartons-cases-pallets. The compact design has been realized to meet the growing demand for smaller equipment in those manufacturing environments where space and flexibility are at a premium.
The compact workstation features a conveyor belt with a cartons inspection camera, an in-line printer for serialized codes and variable data printing, and an integrated HMI touch-screen display with light indicators. Thanks to its ergonomic structure, the aggregation station can be positioned straight or right-angled beside the serialization module. The system is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, and it is compliant with the industry regulations, with user access regulated by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11. All events are registered by the software in an audit trail file to keep track of all the security-relevant activities.
The continuous Software development follows Gamp 5, to always improve products quality and consistency.
The workstation includes Tracker, a powerful vision and serialization system, completely developed in-house by SEA Vision. Tracker is capable to perform complete sets of inspection on 1D, 2D codes, data matrix, and OCV/OCR controls on characters in a completely trusty way and allows the complete serialization and aggregation of the products according to GS1 standards and worldwide Track&Trace regulations (e.g. DSCSA for the USA, EU-FMD for Europe).
Tracker communicates with Level 3 for serial numbers provisioning and posting operations.
The latest generation systems of SEA Vision include a virtual PLC, in always more performant software. Logi-C is the new software tool developed by SEA Vision to program complex automation logic. The smart tool is useful to perform different automation processes, with the help of guided instructions. Logi-C works just like a traditional PLC, adding more power and configurability.
TrackPCA is natively integrated with Yudoo, the 4.0 pharmaceutical software suite for the full management of automation processes, digital quality, data analysis and for Track&Trace. A digital hub that is everywhere accessible through a secure-access web interface or dedicated devices.
