Trackpeeler is a workstation for cartons to case and pallet aggregation that features a second module with a roll holder device for pharma label printing, inspection, and peeling functions.
Its simple and functional design makes it the perfect choice to speed up manual label application and aggregation operation for small packaging batches. Trackpeeler makes the aggregation possible in a few simple steps: first, the reading of codes on pre-serialized cartons can be handled with the integrated wireless scanner. When the number of cartons to be contained in a case is reached, the trace solution automatically prints the label for the case and checks it with an adjustable dedicated camera. Finally, the roll holder peels the label that is ready to be picked up by the operator, to be applied on the carton; the same operative workflow applies to pallet aggregation too.
Each trackpeeler can manage up to three thermal transfer industrial printers, simultaneously managing the print and control of labels on each printer. The software is able to print and inspect different label formats, in order to serve several packaging lines. Changing the format is very simple, without the need of any hardware modifications.
All the label inspection results are visible in real-time on the HMI, where the display highlights possible issues to the operator such as errors, defects, or low ANSI Grading quality – to ensure an error-free production.

The reduced size allows it to be positioned everywhere even in small-sized pharmaceutical production environments.
Each labelverifier can manage print and control on up to three thermal transfer industrial printers.
The internal software is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, and it is compliant with the industry regulations, with user access regulated by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11. All events are registered by the software in an Audit Trail file to keep track of all the security-relevant activities.
The continuous Software development follows Gamp 5, to always improve products quality and consistency.
The workstation includes Tracker, a powerful system completely developed in-house by SEA Vision. Tracker is capable to perform complete sets of inspection on 1D, 2D, datamatrix codes, and OCV/OCR controls on characters – in a completely trusty way and allows the complete serialization and aggregation of the products according to GS1 standards and worldwide Track&Trace regulations (e.g. DSCSA for the USA, EU-FMD for Europe). Tracker communicates with Level 3 for serial numbers provisioning and posting operations.
The latest generation systems of SEA Vision include a virtual PLC, in always more performant software. Logi-C is the new software tool developed by SEA Vision to program complex automation logic. The smart tool is useful to perform different automation processes, with the help of guided instructions. Logi-C works just like a traditional PLC, adding more power and configurability.
Trackpeeler is natively integrated with Yudoo, the 4.0 pharmaceutical software suite for the full management of automation processes, digital quality, data analysis and for Track&Trace. A digital hub that is everywhere accessible through a secure-access web interface or dedicated devices.
