In a typical scenario, all cases produced on several different lines are moved on a centralized palletization area. Robots are then used in the warehouse to prepare the pallets on many bays.
Trackbay offers a real-time connected interface with the central palletizer provider in order to exchange information about cases that are leaving the lines and then the production area, provide serialization information in order to perform the case to pallet aggregation, managing also the pallet label printing if requested.
The use of a highly automated centralized palletization area allows an optimization of the necessary end-of-line areas and helps to speed up the operative times.
