Pickapp allows to pick the products associated to the relative purchase order, operations that are normally performed in the warehouses or distribution centers. The App also manages the return of serialized products in the warehouse.
The usage of Pickapp is simple and effective: first, the operator scans the purchase order to start the product picking; then he scans the code of each physical product, in order to automatically associate them. Pickapp automatically notifies when the correct quantity of products has been collected. The operator will then select the desired Logistics Company from the display. The products are then shipped and sold on the market.
Pickapp is installed on a smartphone with integrated scanner. Ergonomical and easy to use thanks to its touch-screen interface, the app neatly laids out all the information for a correct and quick picking process
The internal software is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, and it is compliant with the industry regulations, with user access regulated by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11. All events are registered by the software in an Audit Trail file to keep track of all the security-relevant activities.
The continuous Software development follows Gamp 5, to always improve products quality and consistency.
