Reworkapp is an application that can be installed on portable devices. This powerful built in-app is totally developed by SEA Vision to deal faster and in full mobility with reworking operations on serialized/aggregated batches, post-packaging warehouse reworking operations.
The warehouse mobile app is installed on an industrial mobile device equipped with an integrated scanner, for ultra-ergonomic and ultra-fast codes capturing. Through the use of a WI-FI connection, the operator will be able to perform reworking activities wherever, without any more need to bring the products toward the nearest reworking workstation. A portable labels printer with belt climbs completes the solution, to have the printer always at hand to perform operations in total safety and comfort.
All the available information about serialization and the aggregation hierarchical information are accurately displayed on the mobile device.
The internal software is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, and it is compliant with the industry regulations, with user access regulated by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11.
All actions performed by users are saved in an Audit Trail file, to track all the security-relevant activities.
