With Multistep Process Order it’s possible to split a defined sequence of phases, in order to perform them on different work centers (for example different machines, lines, workstations) always keeping under control the correct sequence of operations. The assignment of a phase to a work center can be re-allocated dynamically in order to use the first work center available – thus avoiding loss of time to ensure the full business continuity.

Until a process order step is not performed, it can be updated by replacing the original production line with another one that is available. This helps to continue the production even in case of line faults or unavailability.
In the case of non-consequential process order phases, they can be executed in parallel on different lines allowing time savings.
The system allows to configure and manage the process order steps with maximum flexibility, respecting the sequentiality of the phases.
The system completely tracks the process order: it records where and when each phase of the process order is executed. Everything is always under control.
